How to Charge Correctly

Charge With USB C cable: Connect the USB C cable to a power source in order to charge both earbuds and charging case .

• Charging Case:

Charging in Progress: The case digital display number flashes from 1 to 100.

Fully Charged: The case’s digital display number is 100,

• Earbuds:

Charging in Progress: The earbud indicator light is red and the charging case’s display bars increase from the first to the fourth gradually.

Fully Charged: The earbuds’ red lights will disappear & the charging case’s display columns will disappear.

Charging case charges the earbuds without connecting to USB C cable

• Charging Case:

Charging in Progress: The digital display number will decrease from 100.

Charging Complete: The digital display numbers disappear.

• Earbuds:

Charging in Progress: The earbud indicator light is red & the charging case’s display bars increase from the first to the fourth gradually.

Fully Charged: The earbuds’ red lights will disappear & the charging case’s display columns will disappear.

• If you don’t see red light on the earbuds, please use alcohol to wipe both earbuds’ charging ports and the charging case’s charging pins. Ensure the pins between the earbuds and the charging case are connected securely.

Power on:

Method 1: Take the earbuds from the charging case, they will turn on automatically and enter into pairing mode.

Method 2: When the earbuds are powered off, press and hold both earbud buttons for 3 seconds. (The indicator lights on both earbuds will turn blue for 1 second).

Power off:

Method 1: Put the earbuds back into the charging case.(The earbuds’ indicator lights will turn red)

Method 2:When the earbuds are powered on, press and hold both earbud buttons for 5 seconds.(The indicator lights on both earbuds will turn red for 1 second).

1.When there is an incoming call, please click the earbud button to answer the call, do not answer the call by touching the phone, otherwise the call will go through the phone, not the earbuds.

2.If the call is answered by phone, you can choose the “audio” on the call page to change the call mode.

3.After a successful call, if you feel the volume is low, you can increase the volume through the earbud’s function or the phone

• Q: How do i Adjust the Volume ? the volume is a little low ?

A: After you pair the 2 earbuds with your phone.

First, If your phone is IOS SYSTEM, Please Click Once of any Earbud “+” button.

Second, If your phone is Android SYSTEM, Please Firstly Click Once of any Earbud “+” button, then Add up the Volume by Your phone.

Because iPhone and Android have different system protocols, so the control procedures are different.

• My phone has paired with other bluetooth devices, but can’t pair with our earbuds, why ?

A: There are limitations on the number of Bluetooth pairings for various mobile phones. Some phones limit pairing to only three Bluetooth devices at a time, while others limit it to two Bluetooth devices at a time. Therefore, if you discover that your earphones cannot be paired with your phone while other devices can, try forgetting the names of other pairings on your phone first. Then try to search our earbuds model to pair. This may solve the problem

• Why can I pair the earbuds with my phone, but not with my PC?

A: Have you let the earbuds pair with different devices , like your phone, your computer , you tv ?

If yes, you need to forget the last paired devices, or close all the paired device bluetooth.

because the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device the next time you use them. You must end that connection before a new connection can be made.

after you end the connection, take the earbuds from the case, you can notice one earbud flashes red and blue light, the other one flashes blue light.

then open the device that you want to pair, to search and click the pairing model A12. it will help you solve the problem.
